Student Survey Interface Samples
Below are some samples of the interface a student will see. Of course, the page design, survey questions and all the text on each page are completely customizable. These images are from one of our client schools.
Additional reporting samples will be posted very soon.

Student Login
This is a sample login screen a student would see. Student authentication can
be integrated with your current student management system or
completely independent residing in the PostCourse system.
For this particular school we are authenticating directly against their "Webadvisor" system. This allows their
students to use the same username and password to access PostCourse as they would their regular course data.
|
Course/Survey List
Once the student has logged in, a list of all their courses for the current term will be displayed. This course data
is loaded via a series of flat files that are supplied from your course information system.
The student will simply click "Take Survey" for the course's corresponding survey. By having all the course
data preloaded into the system the students do not need to type their course number or instructor name into the system - it is all there for them!

Course Survey
Each course survey is very straight forward and easy to understand. Indicated at the top of each survey is the corresponding course name. In addition,
the course details including course number, meeting times, and instructor names are also indicated.
The student will simply complete the survey and click the "Submit Survey" button at the bottom.
When designing your survey you have the ability to require answers to all the questions, some questions, or none. This particular survey does not require
answers to any questions.
What if our survey does not look like this?
This is only a sample of this school's survey. When you build your survey you have the ability to create your own questions and choose from several question types.
Each survey is totally customizable!
|
 |
Survey Complete
Once the student completes a survey it will direct them to a confirmation screen for the survey of the course they just completed.
Below the confirmation, a list of surveys the student still needs to complete is displayed. This allows for the student to easily start another survey. |

| This is a sample of one of the custom reports. On this report an instructor's performance is compared across five courses which the instructor is teaching. This information is useful to both faculty and administration. |
