I know the good and the bad about your academic programs.

Rich reporting and data access

PostCourse provides a system of role-based, tiered access so that only persons at appropriate levels have access to the data and reporting.  The reporting is available in real-time so that administrators and faculty can begin making decisions based on the data as soon as it is available.  All data is securely archived for up to ten years to facilitate longitudinal analysis.  Results can be obtained and shared in colorful graphics and tables.  All reports are printable to PDF files.  Raw data can be exported for analysis into software such as SPSS.

The educators who created PostCourse realize that while every individual survey submitted is important, the real value of PostCourse is in the ability to spot trends within individual courses, individual faculty, departments, etc.  PostCourse allows educators the ability to examine data to extract meaning which can be used to truly improve teaching and learning at their institution.

One of the value added benefits of the structure of PostCourse is that it allows faculty to compare their course evaluation results to their own results from previous terms.  It also can allow them to compare their averages to their peers in the same academic unit or school wide.  Academic administrators with appropriate levels of access can compare individual faculty scores, overall scores for courses, departments, etc., and averages for all departments or the entire school.
