Fully Customizable Surveys
PostCourse provides educators with the ability to ask the questions which they consider important. Clients can develop their own questions and/or pull from the databank of over 300 vetted course evaluation items.
PostCourse can be customized from the highest to the lowest level of institutional organization. For example, suppose that a college is a part of a state-wide consortium. The consortium wishes to collect parallel data from each school. Each school wishes to ask additional questions which are specific to their institution. Individual faculty members wish to ask unique questions about their specific course. In this case the state-wide data would be the core of the survey with the school and course level data added to the surveys for the appropriate students.
This process allows all constituents from provosts to assistant faculty to have input in the data collection so that the questions they want to have answered are asked. In addition to allowing school leaders to ask questions, PostCourse also offers a feature through which students can ask questions back to the school. After the student has completed the survey, they are asked if they would like to ask any questions back to the institution. Schools can then route these questions to the appropriate person so that the student feels that their concerns are truly being addressed. Schools can turn off this student question feature if desired.
